The heart of the pLEV™ system! The pLEV™ Extractor is the component that safely extracts airborne dust created through the electrical cabinet cleaning process.
The dust is extracted using a 2 kW, multi-stage extraction fan. The air is filtered three times, first through a cyclone system, then through a secondary cartridge filter, and finally through a HEPA filter. The air out of the pLEV™ Extractor exhaust is clean.
Negative pressure and vacuum is a constant while the pLEV™ Extractor is operational, ensuring dust is contained at all times.

The pLEV™ SmartLance HP (High Pressure) enables the use of compressed air in the extraction environment. It features illumination, exposure monitoring, compressed air pressure control and cloud-based reporting.
The lance monitors exposure through air quality sensors with shutdown technology at the ready if an exposure event occurs. The lance is also fitted with negative pressure sensors which prevent lance use outside the intended purpose and parameters.

The pLEV™ SmartLance EX (Exhaust) is an alternative to traditional compressed air cleaning of electronics. Instead of using compressed air to dislodge dust in the cabinet (like the pLEV™ SmartLance HP), the pLEV™ SmartLance EX uses the exhaust air of the pLEV™ Extractor.

pLEV™ Covers are completely transparent, lightweight, durable and tailored to most common electrical cabinets and components. The covers are used to seal the cabinet - minimising the risk of potential dust exposure. The correct fit of cover to cabinet is essential.
Current designs are suitable for Komatsu, Liebherr, Caterpillar truck components and equipment. pLEV™ also supports the effective and safe cleaning of MG set and electric motors.

- Compressed air filtration system
The pLEV™ Compressed Air Filtration System is the best option for safe and clean compressed air. The filtration system removes particulate, oils, and moisture from the supply, ensuring only clean compressed air is used around electrical equipment. The regulator allows the operator to reduce the pressure supplied by the system to ensure OEM specifications are met.

With 3x the filter surface area and 75% more flow rate than the pLEV™ Extractor, the HiFlow Extractor is designed for applications that require greater extraction. The pLEV™ HiFlow Extractor safely removes and collects airborne dust from enclosed environments.
The dust is extracted using a 2 kW, single-stage fan. The air first travels through a cyclone filter, which separates the heavier particles. The finer particles are then captured in a large capacity HEPA rated cartridge filter. The air exhausted from of the pLEV™ Extractor is clean.
An array of sensors detect the status of the cyclone container and cartridge filter to ensure the device is operating safely.
